Since the Beaver marsh was on our way home from Boston Mills, we just had to stop! I saw a great blue heron fishing about five feet from the boardwalk. There were lots of dragonflies flitting around the lily pads. We saw a snapping turtle who refused to poke anything out of the water except its head. On the way out, we saw some muskrats swimming in the canal. Lots of swallows, as always!
