A good day to stay home, chilly and gray, but we stopped at Butterbridge for a while. Saw what we think may have been a beaver or two. Kind of quiet. Saw some yellow irises growing on the banks of the canal. We went to Cherry Street Creamery, which is right on the towpath, on the way home for ice cream. We love our towpath food stops!
